I love Aveda, Redkin, Matrix and Paul Mitchell with the rest of them, but they are not our "staples", by any means. Here are the shampoos that we buy from the drugstore, on a regular basis.

Herbal Essences
Suave
Pantene
Pert Plus
Prell (used to be a favorite)
White Rain
Fructis
and many more. We find pretty consistent favorites in these brands, over time. One consistent factor was that it must smell good. If it smells good, then its often a winner. These are a fraction of the cost of some salon shampoos, and often have a better effect on my hair. Amazing, isn't it?
